thats funny....exactly who's definition of late? the neighbours definition of 10 pm, or the HAMBster garage definition of 4:30am.....maybe you should just wait till 5am, cause technically it's a new day then......according to the chickens...QQMOON wrote: tonight should see them all running and maybe a hot lap of the paddock if its not to late

As a quick summary, we DID make it, it did happen.
Life has been a bit of a blur the last few weeks, as we've been pulling out all the stops in the effort to meet our goal of having the cars ready to race, with 6 cars racing on the day, and I dragged mine down in the attempt to show people the basics of our cars.
As mentioned, we did make an entrance, both in the physical sense, as well as the political, but I think the results speak for themselves, as despite the headaches and frustrations, the general public seemed to love them, with plenty of questions and positive talk, with a number of high profile individuals asking for info.
Before I get distracted, may I thank everyone for their support as it really has been a driving force for us, as we've turned these cars from a idea, to a reality in 10 months, and that includes all (ok, some;) ) the politics and dream chasing. I also want to thank the families, and the builders, as they really are the ones who made our vision a reality, and whilst we've got alot more work to do, and cars to build, we've made a start, to which I'm honoured to be a part of.
In particular, QQMoon (and his family) has been the pivotal member in this adventure, and really made the effort worth while, to which, I'm confident we are all greatful.
Anyhow, here's a few quick photo's...
As mentioned, this is my clunker, still along way to go, an engine to Build (with MUCH appreciation to Ahotrod who is helping me out BIG TIME)......hopefully the flatty will fire with avengence....one day
always busy..
Nick CRANKing...
We'll have the entire rainbow soon....
And this, for me sums it all up........we're THERE!!!! if it doesn't inspire you then you better switch channels....
Cheers,
and thanks again to all, the HA/GR international is not far off.....
