Can you pay with Paypal? if so yes.
Sometimes it can take a bit of time for things to arrive as they mostly travel on the slow boat

I usually find the same exact ads on Aliexpress, and cheaper to buy there than eBay.

Re: Buying ebay stuff from China
A few years ago I needed a circuit to generate a signal to advance a new speedo.
I priced it out buying the parts from Jaycar and then from china.
Jaycar were around $8.00 in parts and I assemble it.
China was $1.50 assembled and delivered.
How do they do it?

Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Slave labour, political prisoners from re-education camps.
If it has tits or wheels, you can expect trouble.

It costs us more to post a letter to China than for them to make a product and post it to us and presumably make a profit. Maybe a small one!

Re: Buying ebay stuff from China
Without wanting to get too political I try to buy local where I can so when I wanted a left hand 5mm die to make up my accelerator linkages.
No one in Perth (that I could find had one) - I found once place local that would order me one but it would take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive at a cost of $80.
So I went to ebay and got one from China for about $4 including postage (pre pandemic) and guess how long it took to arrive 4 - 6 weeks.
Not sure where the local guys were going to purchase from but it does make me wonder...............

Same Jeff. Getting an 11/16 HSS drill bit in Perth required $68 payment upfront and a 3 week wait.
Jumped on ebay - $16 and 4 days delivery.
