Thanks Newbee, I thought they may have been 12 foot ceilings, my house has 9 foot ceilings and they sure looked taller than them.Newbee wrote:Jackbits the ceilings are 12 foot , 3.7 m so the walls take a bit of paint, the ceilings are pressed tin, so I'm using
oil based enamel to prevent any rust. I used a Wagner sprayer to do them, made it easier with all the raised stampings.

For sure ! A glimpse of the ol' house will be great. SA has different architecture, from what I've seen driving through Adelaide and its innards and going to places like Kapunda/Gawler/Tanunda/Angaston/Nuriootpa/Clare/Balaklava/ Paskeville.... Totally different to other areas in Oz. And Jack... I've been getting all keen and worked up on working on my bonsai plants this time of year.Jacksbits wrote:Thanks Newbee, I thought they may have been 12 foot ceilings, my house has 9 foot ceilings and they sure looked taller than them.Newbee wrote:Jackbits the ceilings are 12 foot , 3.7 m so the walls take a bit of paint, the ceilings are pressed tin, so I'm using

It must be a beautiful old house, any chances of a photo or two of the outside, if you don't mind and I can understand if you don't want to.
I got to say it is nice to see what other members do beside "Hot Rods", a bit of an inside to what drives members.
Thanks Jack
