No, I didn't. I don't have anywhere to put it at the moment, plus its a 10 hour round trip.
The farmer was not particularly happy with us being on his land, and we were told to steer well clear of the homestead and out buildings, and to make no contact with him at all.
Don't imagine it going anywhere any time soon though.

Anyone I know, Phil?
It's OK, I'm not really from Sydney, I just moved there, but now I'm back in Perth so I'm normal again.

Is anyone interested in this. in the Hunter Valley NSW

The guy is going to scrap it if not gone soon. I don't have anywhere to store it. He's had a lot of people say they are going to come and get it and they never do. He will want a small amount of cash for it.

Be nice to see someone grab it instead of it going through our shredder.

He also has a chassis from the same model without anything else.

Is it a 1925 Dodge?
Last picture show 3/4 elliptical springs. Don't see those too often.

That's my guess to marcus. Nothing on it any where (without burning the grass around it) that has any branding.

Cheers

The front looks Dodge, but I think it's earlier than 25, may be around early 20,s. What I can remember of 25 dodges is the chassis extended out the rear to a normal Spring shackle. Not the 3/4 Spring set up. I,Ve seen the 3/4 springs before, but can,t remember on what car.

Cheers GT

A lot of veteran vehicles ( up to 1919) and some 'carryovers' ran 3/4 eliptics. I reckon that Dodge is maybe '16 -'22.
Remember this life is a test. If it had been a real life you would have received further instructions on where to go and what to do!!!!!

Believe me I know. I am a yard manager for sims metal and $70 a ton is all its worth as scrap at the moment. I can't store it and the owner needs it gone. He had heaps of people look at it and they were all going to come and get it. Just be a shame to see it gone forever. I've saved a few vehicles now and I'm pretty happy about that. This ones not that bad a project.

On another note he has a Vauxhall there also that I will look at tomorrow and snap some pics of.
