i used eh-hd holden steering arms on my model a with the round back ford stubbs , they are strait and from memory you just need to enlarge one hole 8) you may be able to use fc-fe i just remembered it was a kingpin front end so they may fit

Ed Roff inspired Shifter and seats arrived, so mounted it to ensure its not gunna foul, and to help with floor planning, dummied seat into position, hoping to move it forward a touch more later. Spoke with Ian and have dummied up the front and have a plan that I know will work, just gotta make it happen now.

Started on firewall and floor planning. You can see how far back the front and engine are, have a few ideas there, using teh same seats out back but with out the head rest and set up for easy removal if required when racing.

Got some pics of the front end, its finally sorted, and the rear end is awaiting laser cutting and its sorted, Rads getting designed atm, motors in the shop for machining, on the way is all the final steering parts and once here all in I just have "basic" sheet metal work on the floors and fire wall to complete. then if happy build the cage, I wanna drop the lid about an inch so holding of the cage until I have sorted out what I'm doing there, but I'm also thinking to convert it to a coupe if I chop the roof. gotta look at what I have on my build sheet approval and what I can do there,

Foot room is tight once you make the trans tunnel, but that is to be expected with these English cars.
Great to see your progress coming along and be interesting to turn it into a coupe.

Or just shorten the whole thing! :D

How are you going to fit a clutch pedal in the footwell?
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Chris, you're right. Just as well or he would need tiny feet.

Went Auto because of that, but If I set myself back further I can fit it in.

Been a bit tied up lately, got a side project and got distracted, but trying to get a few things sorted, I have drawn up the rear suspension brackets and just gotta cut them, had a huge delivery of parts to move on with steering position and etc. Rads drawn up. just gotta send it into PWR for final sorting and they'll knock it up, motors of for machining. Front end is fitted up, just have to mount the upper shock mounts, still awaiting my drag link and Tie rod. I have to ring them, apparently the lads are meant to call me but I keep reminding them and not a word.

Still haven't made my mind up about the 2 door conversion, I really wanted to have this thing a 4 door and so my wife, kid and I can enjoy it. And for drag challenge style racing. But there will be little access available via the rear doors from the cage. if
i make it a to door, it'll become a 2 seater as there will be know access to the rear seats,
