Thanks Capri Power.
Your posts are always worth a visit. Always something rod-related to see and get ideas from.

This is good! At first glance it looks like a "tonner" with a VW front.
But there's a lot of work in this.
Check out the bonnet line compared with the one next to it. And the front window rake.

Thanks for posting.
Yeah. I've changed my signature. The old one was out of date...

It would be interesting to know what has been done to the body of the "tonner" as it looks very good.
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Your wish is my command sir.

Here's a link, but it seems we have uncovered a sub-culture.
It appears that it may be an EV!

Did I go to sleep and miss this?

Thanks Jeff.

Interesting how he is 100% sold on the EV.

I'm positive it couldn't happen to me. I need the soundtrack to go with the drive.

I am wondering.
To find that, I did a gpgle picture search. There were a LOT of similar vehicles. All with the same Baja-style body/chassis which I thought, when first seeing Capri's picture, suited the Bug body/chassis well.
Quite a few with the small extra side window, and truncated bonnet. Way too many to be just one compnay's output.
It made me think these are a "thing".

As to your comment about the sound, there's more to it too. Yes, EV's are smooth, "continuous power" etc.
But there's something to be said for not only hearing the engine accelerating through the range, theré's also the feeling of each power pulse (in a big low revving engine)
I use to ride bikes (off road) and always preferred 4 strokes. You can't beat that feeling of each power stroke as it pushes the bike forward. Yes, I had two-strokes as well and their power delivery is smoother (better for tials work), but dont have that bang bang bang feeling.
